It welcomes you to its online store and sets out below the terms and conditions governing your use of this store and all legal consequences arising from the use of its services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any person&#8217;s use of the store \u2014 whether as a consumer of a service or a product or otherwise \u2014 constitutes express acceptance and agreement, given in full legal capacity, to all articles and provisions of this agreement, and confirms that person&#8217;s commitment to what it contains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This agreement takes effect and becomes binding as soon as you accept it and begin registration or actual use of the store, pursuant to Article Ten of the Electronic Transactions Law in force in Saudi Arabia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Article One: Preamble and Definitions<\/h2>\n\n\n\t\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The preamble above forms an integral part of this agreement. The following terms carry the meanings set out against them:<\/p>\n\n\t\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-ggen-checklist\">\n\t\t<li>The Store: the Green Generation online store in all its forms, whether a website, an application or a physical commercial outlet.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>The Consumer: any natural or legal person who deals with the store for the purpose of purchasing products or benefiting from the services offered through it.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>The Agreement: the terms and conditions of this policy, which govern the contractual and legal relationship between Green Generation and the consumer.<\/li>\n\t<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Article Two: Capacity of the Consumer<\/h2>\n\n\n\t\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-ggen-checklist\">\n\t\t<li>The consumer confirms that they hold full legal capacity to deal with the store, and that they are not less than eighteen years of age.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>The consumer agrees that, in the event of a breach of this article, they bear full legal liability towards third parties and towards Green Generation.<\/li>\n\t<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Article Three: Nature of the Company&#8217;s Undertaking<\/h2>\n\n\n\t\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-ggen-checklist\">\n\t\t<li>Green Generation undertakes to make the products and services displayed in the store available to consumers in accordance with what is available on the platform.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>The company may provide additional services, such as after-sales service or technical support, depending on the nature of the product or service.<\/li>\n\t<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Article Four: Rules for Using the Store<\/h2>\n\n\n\t\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-ggen-checklist\">\n\t\t<li>The consumer undertakes to use the company&#8217;s platform in a manner consistent with the regulations in force in Saudi Arabia and with public decency.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>The consumer undertakes not to use any product or service provided by the company in any conduct that contravenes the regulations or public decency.<\/li>\n\t<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Article Five: Accounts and Registration Obligations<\/h2>\n\n\n\t\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon applying for store membership, the consumer undertakes the following:<\/p>\n\n\t\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-ggen-checklist\">\n\t\t<li>To keep their account information and password confidential, and to notify the company immediately of any unauthorised use of their account.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>To bear full responsibility for all activity carried out through their account.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>To use their account personally and not to allow others to use it; permitting such use is deemed express authorisation by the consumer.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>To disclose true, accurate, current and complete information on registration, and to update it whenever anything changes.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>In return, the company undertakes to treat the consumer&#8217;s information in strict confidence in accordance with the Privacy Policy, and reserves the right to suspend or cancel the membership of any consumer who breaches these terms.<\/li>\n\t<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Article Six: Electronic Communications<\/h2>\n\n\n\t\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-ggen-checklist\">\n\t\t<li>The consumer agrees that all communications between them and the company through the email address registered with the store are deemed official, approved communications.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>Electronic notices and correspondence stand in place of their written equivalents and are legally binding.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>The company is entitled to communicate with the consumer through general or targeted messages as required.<\/li>\n\t<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Article Seven: Amendment of the Agreement, and Fees<\/h2>\n\n\n\t\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-ggen-checklist\">\n\t\t<li>The company reserves the right to amend any clause of this agreement at any time as the business requires.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>The consumer&#8217;s continued use of the store after an amendment is deemed implied acceptance of it.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>The company is entitled to impose additional fees on certain products or services in accordance with the regulations in force.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>All fees may be increased or reduced in line with company policy and the applicable regulations.<\/li>\n\t<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Article Eight: Payment Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\t\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-ggen-checklist\">\n\t\t<li>The company provides secure electronic payment systems in cooperation with its approved partners.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>The store undertakes to set the prices of products and services in line with recognised market value.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>The company undertakes to issue official invoices and receipts for all purchases.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>The company undertakes to handle accounting and financial matters in accordance with the regulations approved in Saudi Arabia.<\/li>\n\t<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Article Nine: Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\t\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-ggen-checklist\">\n\t\t<li>All intellectual property rights in the store \u2014 including the trade name, the logo, the content and the designs \u2014 are reserved to the company and may not be used without prior permission.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>The consumer undertakes not to infringe any of the company&#8217;s intellectual property rights.<\/li>\n\t<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Article Ten: Liability of the Company<\/h2>\n\n\n\t\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-ggen-checklist\">\n\t\t<li>The company undertakes to conduct its commercial activities in accordance with the Saudi regulations in force.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>The company bears no liability for any harm arising from misuse of the products, or from negligence on the part of the consumer or of any third party such as the shipping companies.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>The company warrants that the products it supplies are fit for use and compliant with the regulations.<\/li>\n\t<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Article Eleven: Restriction of Membership or Use<\/h2>\n\n\n\t\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-ggen-checklist\">\n\t\t<li>The company is entitled to cancel any consumer&#8217;s membership or suspend their account at any time and without prior notice where they breach any clause of this agreement.<\/li>\n\t<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Article Twelve: Governing Law<\/h2>\n\n\n\t\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-ggen-checklist\">\n\t\t<li>This agreement is governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute arising between the parties falls under the judicial jurisdiction of the Kingdom.<\/li>\n\t<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Article Thirteen: General Provisions<\/h2>\n\n\n\t\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-ggen-checklist\">\n\t\t<li>Arabic is the authoritative language for the interpretation and enforcement of this agreement.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>Prices and promotional offers are subject to change at any time in line with company policy.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>This agreement may be amended and updated as the company requires, and any amendment takes effect as soon as it is published on the online store.<\/li>\n\t\t<li>This agreement is cancelled only by a formal decision of the management of Green Generation.<\/li>\n\t<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Policies That Supplement This Agreement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-ggen-checklist\">\n\t<li><a href=\"\/shipping-policy\/\">Shipping &#038; Delivery Policy<\/a> \u2014 processing and delivery times, shipping coverage and order tracking.<\/li>\n\t<li><a href=\"\/refund_returns\/\">Returns &#038; Exchange Policy<\/a> \u2014 the statutory period, the conditions for acceptance, and excluded cases.<\/li>\n\t<li><a href=\"\/privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a> \u2014 the data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you hold over it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Official Contact
